Circle Lake

The color of this lake was beautiful and so was the setting. Mt. Daniel sits in the southern center of the Cascade range so it provides great views in every direction. The mosquitos at this lake were some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. I think it’s worth trudging through some snow to get up here earlier and avoid the bugs. Lucky for us the raft provided much-needed breaks from the mosquito attack.
